Does the gold plating last or does it come off?

It lasts. We use high-quality 18K gold plating over surgical steel, made for daily wear. And if it fades through normal wear, our 5-year warranty covers a replacement.

Does it rust or go black with water?

No. 316L surgical steel is designed not to rust: showers, pools, sport and summer included. It is the same material used in medical implants.

How long is it? And if it doesn't suit me?

40 cm + a 5 cm adjustable extender: it works close to the neck or with a little more drop. And if it isn't for you, returns are easy — 14 days from delivery, unused and in its original packaging.

How does the 3 for 2 work?

Add 3 pieces to your cart and the cheapest one comes off automatically at checkout. Pair it with the matching bracelet and anklet, or with an engraved piece — the discount applies on its own.

When will my order arrive?

Engraved pieces are made by hand, one by one, for you, so they can only be returned for a manufacturing defect (covered by the 5-year warranty). The Cleopatra isn't personalised, so it has the standard 14-day return.
