Use a ring you already own

Grab a ring that fits the same finger. Measure the inside diameter with a ruler (in mm) and match it in the size chart.

Use a strip of paper or string

Wrap it around the base of your finger, mark where it overlaps, and measure the length in mm. That’s your circumference — find it in the chart.

Measure at the end of the day, when fingers are largest.
Make sure the ring can slide back over your knuckle.
